I'm Vontrice, The Founder of TGHO!
I was never the obvious choice to lead anything. I wasn’t the one people pointed to and said, “She’s a leader.” In fact, for a long time, leadership felt like something meant for other women, women who were more confident, more polished, more sure of themselves.
Through obedience, formation, and God’s patient work in my life, I learned that leadership isn’t about personality or position, it’s about preparation.
That journey became the foundation of TGHOU and the TGHO Leadership Certification program.

Yes. This certification is the first and required step for women who feel called to serve in an official leadership role within TGHO. It ensures that every leader is formed within our emotionally healthy framework and Kingdom-centered approach before stepping into a role of responsibility.

Applications close January 31st. Because this is a discernment-based process and space is limited, we encourage you to apply early and give yourself time to pray through your decision.

The TGHO Leadership Certification is a 12-week program. It includes live weekly teachings on Saturday mornings, weekly assignments, and community engagement.
