I'm Vontrice, The Founder of TGHO!
I was never the obvious choice to lead anything. I wasn’t the one people pointed to and said, “She’s a leader.” In fact, for a long time, leadership felt like something meant for other women, women who were more confident, more polished, more sure of themselves.
Through obedience, formation, and God’s patient work in my life, I learned that leadership isn’t about personality or position, it’s about preparation.
That journey became the foundation of TGHOU and the TGHO Leadership Certification program.
Today, I’m on a mission to help women like you grow into confident, Spirit-led leaders, equipped, affirmed, and commissioned to serve within TGHO and beyond. If you feel the pull but don’t know where to start, this certification is your first step.

The TGHO Leadership Certification however is open to ministry leaders, teams, and women seeking leadership formation, even if they are not applying for a TGHO leadership role.
